If a contractor or MCST asks for documentation of who carried out regulated works, send us the scope and we'll tell you what your job requires.
- Ask for the licensed plumber's name, not just a company name.
- Ask for the licence number and check it at source.
- Ask who will actually be on site and who is responsible for the works.
