A plumbing contractor, not a directory listing

We are the plumbing arm of Alpha & Omega Trinity Pte Ltd. The company has been working in Singapore buildings for years — which is why the name on the invoice, the licence and the address all match the name on this website. You can check every one of them.

Our call-outs are the ordinary ones that keep a home working: a floor trap that will not drain, a kitchen sink that chokes again two weeks after it was cleared, a mixer that drips through the night, a cistern that refills itself, a damp patch that means a pipe is seeping behind the wall. Regulated plumbing works are carried out under a PUB licensed plumber, and anything concealed is surveyed and priced before it is opened.

How we describe ourselves

We would rather be checkable than impressive. So this site publishes a licence number, a UEN, an address, trading hours and from-rates — and does not publish star ratings, review counts, "best in Singapore" claims or a 24-hour promise. Regulated plumbing works in Singapore are required to be carried out by a licensed plumber, and our licence is verifiable at source on PUB's website.
