Same-day plumbing call-outs in Singapore — with hours we'll actually keep
We don't advertise 24-hour emergency plumbing, because we don't run it. What we do run is a Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00 team that takes same-day call-outs where possible, and tells you honestly when it can't.
Most plumbing problems are urgent by the time you search for a plumber — water where it shouldn't be, a toilet you can't use, a tap you can't shut off. So the useful question isn't "are you 24/7?", it's "when can someone actually be at my door?"
Answer that honestly and you don't need a 24-hour claim. Our hours are Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00. We take same-day call-outs where the schedule and your location allow. Outside those hours, attendance is subject to crew availability, and we'll say plainly when that is.

What usually causes it
- A leak that needs isolating now, not tomorrow
- A choke that makes the kitchen or bathroom unusable
- A cistern running continuously and wasting water
- A tap or valve that won't shut off fully
- Water near electrical points, where isolating the supply matters most

Questions we get on this job
Are you a 24-hour emergency plumber?
No. Our hours are Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00, and after-hours attendance depends on crew availability. We'd rather tell you that up front than take a booking we can't keep.
What should I do while I wait for a plumber?
Isolate what you can safely — turn off the tap supply or the main if water is spreading near sockets or lights — put a container or towel down, and photograph the area for us. Don't open a wall, and don't dismantle a toilet cistern if you're unsure.
Do you charge more for urgent work?
Our from-rates are the same: chokes from $60, leaks from $80, tap work from $50 plus parts, and a survey from $50. What changes outside standard hours is availability, not the price list.
