How we work — from your first WhatsApp message to a tidy handover

Four steps, no mystery. Most Singapore jobs go from a photo to a confirmed price without anyone opening a wall or committing to a number they have not agreed.

How a call-out actually runs

This is the same process for an HDB flat, a condominium and a landed home.

You send a photo
WhatsApp the affected part, your block and postcode, and when someone is home. Photos are what let us name the likely cause.
We give a from-price or book a survey
Simple items get a from-price on WhatsApp. Concealed or replacement work gets a $50 site survey so the number is real.
You approve the price
Nothing opens and nothing is replaced until you have agreed the scope and the figure — including concealed pipework.
We attend, test and tidy
Work is done, tested with you at the fitting, the area is cleared and our waste is bagged out.

Photograph it the way a plumber would

Most wasted trips — and most wrong prices — come from a photo taken from the wrong angle. These six shots tell us almost everything:

Floor trap: wipe it dry, then shoot straight down. We are looking at the grate and the water level.
Kitchen sink: the underside of the sink, not the bowl — that is where the trap and connectors are.
Tap or mixer: from below the basin, plus the brand if you can read it.
Cistern: lid off, one shot inside the tank so we can see the valve position.
Leak or damp patch: one close-up and one wide shot with something in frame for scale.
Water meter: if your bill jumped, send the meter and your last two bills.

Our hours, honestly

We work Mon–Sat 08:00–17:00. We take same-day call-outs where the schedule and traffic allow, and after-hours attendance is subject to crew availability. We are not a 24-hour service and we will not pretend to be — if you message outside hours, we will tell you honestly when we can attend.

If water is near sockets or light fittings: switch off what you safely can, keep clear, and say that first in your message. Do not open a wall or dismantle a cistern if you are unsure.

Questions about how we work

How do I get a price without a site visit?

Send a photo of the affected part, your block and postcode, and when someone is home. For straightforward items — a dripping mixer, a running cistern, a choke, a tap swap — that is usually enough for a from-price. Concealed pipework, opening a wall or replacing fixtures is confirmed on site first.

What happens if the job is different from the photo?

You get told before anything changes. If the scope is bigger than the photo suggested, we stop, explain what we found, and re-quote. Work only continues on a number you have agreed.

Do you clean up afterwards?

Yes. We protect what we can before starting, clear the work area, bag out our waste, and test the repair with you before we leave.

What if the problem comes back after you've been?

Message us on WhatsApp with what is happening. If it relates to work we carried out, we come back and look at it — we stand behind our workmanship.
