HDB plumber in Singapore — flat layouts, common faults and how to describe yours

What to send
Photograph it the way a plumber would
- Floor trap: wipe it dry, then shoot straight down. We're looking at the grate and the water level.
- Kitchen sink: shoot the underside of the sink, not the bowl — the trap and connectors are there.
- Tap or mixer: photo from below the basin, plus the brand if you can see it.
- Cistern: lid off, shot inside the tank. The valve position tells us a lot.
- Leak or damp patch: one close-up and one wide shot with something for scale.
- Water meter: if consumption jumped, send your last two bills.
Regulated work and HDB rules
Regulated plumbing works in Singapore are required to be carried out by a PUB licensed plumber — ours is Lam Kien Choon, licence WS16882018, verifiable on PUB's website. Our company also holds BCA ME12 registration for plumbing and sanitary works. Where a job needs building or town council approval, we'll flag it before starting.
